Today I am going to talk about Organizational Behavior and the way an International Business Manager can use some tools and have to develop some skills in order to be successful.
Using these tools that study the behavior of people, international business managers will success in their decision making process easier, in addition, the will achieve more and better goals in less time to the organization interests, because he will know how to face challenges like Globalization, workforce diversity and Ethics, among their clients and employees.

Managing appropriate skills in the international negotiation arena is a fundamental criteria for success in the global business environment. There are three levels that we as International Business students have to take into account in order to manage cultural differences, and those are Self, Interpersonal and organizational (Sizoo & Serrie, 2004)
“International business managers rate the ability to work with people of other cultures as the most important quality of success, particularly in overseas assignments” (Bhawuk & Brislin, 1992).

ResponderEliminarI really like your blog and especially that entry...I think you covered a lot of interesting aspects and I love the additionally added pictures to that. The only thing I might would add is the ability of managing conflicts, especially intercultural conflicts. That means recognizing the problem and mediate between the different conflict parties. And it also means to train your employees for these kinds of situations.
I really like the clear structure of your blog, the supporting pictures and your way of explaining!
There are indeed many skills that managers need in order to carry out their work successfully. Many of these skills are not easy to do, however a manager must be willing to do them because nowadays managers are going to confront all types of situations and all types of people from all races and cultures, and its important to understand these cultural differences to be able to put youself in the other persons shoes and be able to have a successful negotiation and avoid misperceptions.

ResponderEliminarorganizational behavior, as a manager you should take advise over this subject, the better you deep into this matter, more effectively you will accomplish a great team work environment, and once your have your team you would be able to establish the direction towards your goal, being a manager its to predict, to behave, to control and encourage in the best way your subordinated skill to accomplish success and great results
